The assistance we rec’d from Sendy during the Xmas rush was second to none, when our son’s MTB shoes we ordered were too small. They had measured the inner soles of the larger sizes (to make sure the replacements would be a perfect fit), posted them and they arrived within a matter of only a couple days!! This ensured we rec’d them before going away on our Xmas holidays. They were genuinely more concerned that we got our replacement pair before our holidays rather than how/when we were to returned the wrong sized ones. It was customer service like I’ve never seen before. And the quality and sturdiness of the shoes is fantastic.
