Payment and Security
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX via our secure and encrypted Shopify online payment system.
Or you can pay via PAYPAL by selecting the Paypal link at checkout. Paypal purchases attract the bonus of free return shipping for eligible purchases via Paypal’s Refunded Returns.
All payments taken are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any international payment fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Sendy is committed to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.
We only use this information to identify your orders, send out Sendy’s exciting news (you can unsubscribe at any time) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

Sendy ‘No Concern’ Returns
We know that with online shopping, it can be tough to work out the correct size and style until you try it on. So, with Sendy ‘No Concern’ Returns, we’ve made it super easy to return or exchange your Sendy gear.
Sendy welcomes returns or exchanges if:
- You return your Sendy gear within 30 days of the delivery date;
- You return it in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached;
- You return the completed Returns/Exchange Form; and
- You pay for the return postage and send it to:

Important information: The Sendy Team will process returns/exchanges within 48hrs of receiving the delivery.
While Sendy gear has quality construction that’s built for destruction, we know that sometimes things slip through the cracks. In this rare instance, please email - firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll either send out a post bag for your return or we’ll refund your postage when the package arrives. If available, we’ll replace the product, or provide you with a refund.
