- As much as we love our Kiwi neighbours, NZ customers may have to pay any NZ import taxes or duties. Sorry!
- Orders received before 10AM EST* on a business day will be sent that day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day.
Sending all Sendy packages super speedy means you’ll be sending it within just a few days of placing your order if you’re in Australia, and a little longer if you’re across the ditch in NZ.

*Australia Post Express Post Service covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and PO boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. Sendy Stock Availability
While the Sendy Team is busy updating product availability throughout the day, sometimes we’re so busy getting sendy that unavailable stock may be displayed online. If you order something that someone else has snapped up first, we’ll get in touch with these options:
- if we can re-order it, we’ll let you know the new delivery timeframe and get it to you as soon as it lands at Sendy HQ;
- switch it to something equally as awesome; or
- we’ll flick your money back to you.
